Give yourself a day to relax, calm the mind and simply just be.
The day will consist of periods of sittings interspersed with eight-form moving meditation, mindful yoga and walking meditation. There are also Dharma talks as well as a review of meditation methods or guided meditations if needed. Through practice, we will let our “body, breath, and mind” settle down so that they can deeply correspond to each other, so we constantly stay in the experience of “observation, illumination, awareness” at all times!
一日禪,讓身心止靜下來,透過打坐、拜佛、經行、八式動禪、瑜珈運動,還有法師的佛法開示和禪修引導,讓「身、息、心」沉澱而能深層地彼此相應,進而時刻保持在「觀、照、提」與「明、靜、放」的體驗中!
- Anyone who has taken the Beginner’s Meditation Workshop / Intro to Basic Meditation or has previous experience in Chan/Zen practice is welcome to join. (歡迎參加過初級禪訓班/禪修指引,或有禪修經驗的人士參加。)
- A vegetarian lunch will be served. (提供素食午餐。)
