Group Meditation Practice

Dear Dharma Sisters and Brothers,

Greetings! We practice Group Meditation twice a month.

For those who like to meditate a longer period of time, we would suggest you sit in the front center, so you will not be disturbed by the walking meditation pracitce.

Usually the flow of the class is as follow:

1. eight-movement meditation

2. meditation

3. yoga meditation (on floor or standing)

4. break

5. meditation

6. walking meditation

7. (discourse by Master Sheng-Yen) and by Venerable
